Patients work directly with our nurse practitioner, beginning with a virtual consultation via FaceTime or Zoom to determine approval for the program.

To qualify, a patient must have a BMI over 30, or over 27 depending upon a patient’s other comorbidities, such as hypertension, diabetes, high cholesterol, and others. Qualifying patients will come in for a first injection and receive direction for weekly self-injections, followed by monthly reviews to check vital signs, assess progress, and consult with our nurse practitioner.
